DENVER – KSL Capital Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm, on Tuesday announced that it has completed the acquisition of ClubCorp Inc., a provider of golf, private club and resort experiences.
ClubCorp’s portfolio of assets includes nearly 170 clubs and three resorts. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DENVER – Legislation weighed to expand trade office
State Rep. Alice Borodkin, D-Denver, announced Tuesday that she will introduce legislation next legislative session aimed at expanding the scope and effectiveness of the Colorado International Trade Office.
The bill would rename and grant additional authority to the office’s director of international trade. Proposed duties include reviewing and analyzing proposed international trade agreements that affect Colorado businesses and requiring the director to report to the governor and the legislature twice yearly.
