AURORA – JPI has sold the Jefferson at Aspen Ridge, a luxury apartment community in Aurora, to Big Rock Partners for $52 million.
The recently completed, 468- unit property represented a per- unit price of $111,111. Doug Andrews and Jeff Hawks of Apartment Realty Advisors represented the seller.
