Get a first look at the 4,000-square-foot Winter Park estate HGTV plans to give to one lucky viewer in a few months. This is the 11th time the network has hosted its “Dream Home” sweepstakes, but this is its first ever ski-in/ski-out property. Estimated value? $2 million.
