DENVER – United Airlines will roll out separate boarding lanes and a new lobby section for premier customers at Denver International Airport this year.
United, nearly a year out of bankruptcy, said it will also focus this year on consistency for customers “across their total travel experience.” It will begin surveying customers with the question, “Based on your experience today, would you recommend United to your friends and acquaintances?”
