COLORADO SPRINGS – Mall owner The Macerich Co. said Tuesday that it has sold the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs as part of its effort to prune its portfolio to focus on development, redevelopment and higher-end properties.
Midwest Mall Properties of Arkansas purchased the Citadel Mall along with Crossroads Mall in Oklahoma City and Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville, Ark., for a combined $375 million.
