She sings beautifully arranged music videos, soft frills wafting on the breeze at the ocean’s edge, but the lyrics are X-rated. Sarah Silverman, the nice Jewish girl’s answer to Larry David, is as mean and nasty as she is pretty. The version of herself that she plays in “The Sarah Silverman Program” is mostly unkind, unaware and selfish. But, like David’s misogynistic streak, hers is laugh-out-loud crazy.
