VAIL – Vail Mountain announced late last week that it plans to extend its season by one week thanks to the bountiful snow, closing on April 22 instead of April 15.
Discounted lift tickets for that week will go on sale this week at snow.com.
For the week starting Monday, April 16, Vail will sell a four-day lift ticket for $129. It will also offer a “Mile High Special” for the final weekend, with a two-day ticket for April 21-22 going for $52.80.
A full-price daily lift ticket at that time will cost $49, down from its current price of $85.
