State Games of America

National online registration is available for the 2007 State Games of America, Aug. 2-5, in Colorado Springs.

More than 10,000 athletes from across the nation are expected to compete in the 29-sport event for amateur athletes of all ages and skill levels. Information, www.stategames.org.

The opening ceremony will be 7 p.m., Aug. 2, at the Colorado Springs World Arena.
