DENVER – U.S. District Judge Robert Blackburn has given final approval to a $57.5 million settlement of a class-action lawsuit filed in 2002 involving Qwest’s management of a savings plan.
Lead attorneys will receive $9.75 million in fees under the final order, which was issued Monday.
