Historian Julia Kanellos knows all about romantic rendezvous and is willing to share them. Learn about hotel founder Henry C. Brown, who at 74, took a 22-year-old for this third wife. President Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower spent time at the Brown. There were also some scandalous affairs behind those venerate walls. Isabelle Sassy Springer, wife of John Springer who owned Highlands Ranch, was cavorting with her husbands business associate and another man. It all ended in gunshots in 1911.
