FORT COLLINS – A 24-year-old Fort Collins woman died Friday night at Colorado 92 and Larimer County 5 when her car was hit by a pickup that failed to stop for a traffic light, according to the Colorado State Patrol.

Adrienne Morgan was pronounced dead at the scene.

Stephen Grossaint, 54, of Fort Collins was driving the pickup that hit Morgan’s car, police said. He sustained minor injuries.

Authorities suspect alcohol may have been a contributing factor and are continuing to investigate the crash. Grossaint was taken to the Larimer Detention Center.

Two passengers in Morgan’s car, Anthony P. Hall 33, of Fort Collins and Christopher R. Burr, 35, of Windsor, sustained serious injuries and were taken to Poudre Valley Hospital.
