JEFFERSON COUNTY – Three people have been nominated to fill the 1st Judicial District vacancy left by the resignation of Peter Weir, who has been appointed Colorado’s public safety director.
The nominees are Dennis Hall of Wheat Ridge, K.J. Moore of Littleton and Graham Peper of Arvada.
Gov. Bill Ritter has until Feb. 20 to make the appointment.
