David Beckham may have just signed a $250 million deal with Major League Soccer, but that doesn’t mean he and his wife, Victoria, are willing to pay through the nose for a new home. The Los Angeles Times reported the Beckhams are looking for a home in the $18 million to $30 million range, but they don’t want a fixer-upper. Victoria, a former Spice Girl, also wants a place not visible from the street. A realtor told the Times the couple has looked at more than 20 properties.

Tom Brady has time to take his sky-high Time Warner condo off the market. But the New York Post reported the New England Patriots quarterback has listed his 3,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath, 70th-floor apartment for sale at $16.5 million. Brady bought the pad in September last year, supposedly to be near his then-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan. The two broke up, and now Brady has put the condo on the market. Moynahan said this week she is three months pregnant with Brady’s baby.

Howard Stern will have to find new summer digs in the Hamptons. The Long Island home the newly engaged shock jock leased has been sold by billionaire socialite Terry Allen Kramer for approximately $34 million, the New York Post reported. The nine-bedroom, 11-bath residence with a seaside pool on 3-plus acres was built 22 years ago and borders 350 feet of oceanfront beach and a saltwater pond. Stern has plenty of incentive to find a new beachhouse: He’s engaged to swimsuit model Beth Ostrosky.

Treat Williams is selling the New York apartment he’s lived in for 30 years and plans to move his family to Utah, the New York Post reported. The former “Everwood” star has listed his Upper West Side apartment for $4.75 million. When Williams moved into the four-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot apartment at 78th and Amsterdam in the 1970s, it was a sketchy neighborhood, the actor told his broker, Wendy Maitland. “He says he was stepping over body bags,” Maitland told the Post.
