1907: Pueblo County dairymen said they were forming a countywide co-op to set uniform prices and to allow only one milk wagon in each divided portion of the area.
1957: International politics cast a pall over the 1957 World’s Figure Skating Championships being held in Colorado Springs as Hungarian and Czechoslovakian skaters were not participating due to one of the Hungarians being banned from entry into the U.S. by the State Department.
