High school sport: Basketball (forward, Class 4A all-state honorable mention 2005-06 by The Denver Post).

Grade-point average: 3.2.

Class: Senior.

My favorite subject: Health. I find the body and exercising always interesting.

My favorite athlete: Dwyane Wade. He’s just a team player and sees the floor well.

My favorite team: The North Carolina men’s basketball team. I’ve always enjoyed them, and they play well together.

What I listen to: R&B.

The best thing on my training table: Lots of salad and before the game the pasta my mom cooks.

Pregame ritual: I do some dribbling drills before the game.

Time management tip: After practice, I do homework, and on the weekends, too, to get ahead.

Planned career: Nutritionist or athletic trainer; signed with BYU.

My family: Parents Stephanie and Kirk, brothers Jake and Hunter, sisters Meagan and Celine.

What I like most about high school sports: Every year, I just love my teammates. We have chemistry and we do everything together.

What I like least about high school sports: The season’s way too short.
