AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.-
Former Coastal Carolina strength and conditioning coach Patrick Covington has joined the Air Force football team as an assistant offense coach, the school announced Monday.
Covington was a three-year starter and a four-year letter winner at Furman from 2002 to 2005.
A native of Charlotte, N.C., Covington was part of a coaching team that led Coastal Carolina to a 9-3 record and the Big South Conference title last season.
