Jennifer Aniston is trying to kick two habits at once. According to Us Weekly, the actress has given up cigarettes and caffeine. When Aniston guest-starred on her pal Courteney Cox‘s FX series, “Dirt,” she revealed her plans. “Dirt” co-star Laura Allen told Us: “Jen was doing a total cleansing” and has been doing “a lot of yoga to stop smoking. Between takes, it would have been tempting to go outside and have a cigarette. Instead, Jen was clinging to Courteney.” And Allen added, “I had a Diet Coke on-set, and she was really jonesing for it.”

Anne Hathaway admitted to Glamour magazine there has been pressure to lose weight to gain acting parts. “I’ve had directors go, ‘You’re the best for the role, but you’ve put on weight.’ If they make a big deal about 5 pounds, I don’t want to deal with them.”

Kate Winslet was awarded substantial libel damages Friday after British magazine Grazia wrongly wrote that the 31-year- old actress had visited a diet doctor. Known for her criticism of excessive dieting, Winslet sought the help of California-based Chinese herbalist Yi Pan for a neck injury. Grazia printed an apology in its March 5 issue. Winslet said in a statement, “I have always been, and shall continue to be, honest when it comes to body- weight issues. I feel very strongly that ‘curves’ are natural, womanly and real.”

Sheryl Crow said battling breast cancer has eliminated many of her bad eating habits and improved her attitude. The singer told Ladies’ Home Journal: “Feed your body good things, but also feed your mind.” Crow said she avoids the celebrity tabloid magazines and reality TV. “I say: Eat salmon and not a Big Mac, read something that will expand your mind and not tabloids. You’ll feel better and be a lot happier.”

Carmen Electra says she keeps in shape by having sex and lap dancing. Electra, who plays the title character, a porn actress, in the upcoming film “I Want Candy” – told FHM magazine: “I do a lot of yoga and aerobics. Plus, you can burn a lot of calories in the bedroom too. I get a lot of guys coming up to me who have bought my striptease DVD and they thank me because their girls have learned how to give them amazing lap dances.”

Sandra Bullock‘s hubby, Jesse James, may be unpredictable, but there’s one thing she can expect from the former “Monster Garage” host: emergency room visits. “There’s always going to be hospital stays … like twice a year at least, and I know that,” Bullock told “Extra.” “I have all the information for insurance always close by in a wallet or in a purse.” Bullock learned quickly of James’ daredevil ways. “I knew what I was getting into. Within three months of our relationship, he wrecked a car at 120 mph and almost died.”
