Highland townhome project
Byers Street Properties is developing a seven-unit townhome project at Shoshone Street and West 33rd Avenue in the Highland neighborhood.
Designed by Sprocket Design-Build, units are priced in the low $600,000 range. The two-bedroom homes will be completed by summer 2008 and will include attached two-car garages, loft/offices and private rooftop decks facing downtown.
And more townhomes
A $4 million townhome project is in the works for Jefferson Park.
Glen Wood of CanWest Ventures Inc. plans to build MetroView, an eight-unit complex at West 24th Avenue and Bryant Street. With two-car garages and up to 1,975 square feet of space, the units are priced from about $350,000 to $550,000.
CanWest will host a launch party at 5:30 p.m. March 15 at Lola restaurant, 1575 Boulder St.
Looking for ugly houses
As the newest franchise owners for HomeVestors of America, Andy Clem and Bryan Horan are ready to buy ugly houses. Clem and Horan have formed True West Home Solutions LLC in Highlands Ranch to operate the business.
Dallas-based HomeVestors is known nationwide for its “We Buy Ugly Houses” advertising campaign and has more than 250 franchises nationwide.
Office condos in works
Resolute Investments Inc. is building a $6.5 million office condominium project in Centennial.
Alton Way Office Village will include three condo buildings totaling 32,542 square feet on 2.6 acres just north of East Dry Creek Road and west of Interstate 25.
Units range from 1,500 square feet to full 9,700- square-foot buildings. Space is priced from $235 a square foot to $250 a square foot for core and shell units. More than half of the units have been presold.
