For the eighth year in a row, KUSA-Channel 9 has been selected the state’s No.1 television station.
KUSA was named the Colorado Broadcasters Association station of the year during the group’s annual banquet at the Marriott DTC on Saturday.
Already the leading news station in ratings at every news period, the Gannett outlet also won for best website; best news anchor team of Kim Christensen and Mark Koebrich; and three awards for its public-affairs programming. Over all, the station took home 19 awards.
