Aries, March 21 to April 19
Keep it on the up and up, or don’t keep it up at all. You can’t afford to play games or to stray off of the beaten path. This means being true to yourself and not getting involved with anything that’s questionable. Trying to pull one over on someone will result in problems.
You mustn’t try to fool yourself either. In any connection, stay grounded and know what you’re getting yourself into. Someone new may become a playmate this week. As long as they’re good for you and not involved with another person, and neither are you, there’s hope. Take it all slowly.

Taurus, April 20 to May 20
If you want it, don’t keep it a secret. There’s clout in your words and can make the waters of love ripple any direction you want. All you have to do is be specific without being overbearing and you should be able to manifest a romantic connection. This is a good time for chat rooms, email romance, phone fun and anything else having to do with presenting yourself verbally.
If you happen to travel this week, be on the lookout for the development of a strong interest in a new and exciting person. Don’t think of this as a permanent liaison as it won’t happen. If you want more, wait until another week or until you return home.
Friday and the weekend will deliver your best results.
Gemini, May 21 to June 20
You’ll be a delicacy so don’t consider yourself to be the fast food of love. You can make remarkable progress in a budding or stable relationship. Be aware of the benefits you bring to the game and you’ll do all the better. If you see your worth, you’ll be able to convince others to see it as well. Don’t dare to feel anything less than spectacular.
Live up to someone’s romantic ideal. This may mean buying a token or two to show your giving side. You may even want to find a nice spot to dine and pine for each other. Be aware that if you go out in public, you’ll be noticed. If you’re with the jealous type, stay in.
The whole week is good for the buffet of love.
Cancer, June 21 to July 22
Staying centered means more than making sure your belt buckle is aligned properly. You need focus on who you are and what you want and deserve when it comes to love and romance. You could meet someone who’ll try to convince you that you need what they have and that you should do anything to get it. Wrong.
If it seems too smarmy, let them disappear into the sunset, no matter how sexy they are. Being shoved into someone else’s mold is the worst possible plan for the week. Being an individual will bring you the right kind of attention and may draw someone to you who shares a similar interest in the world. You don’t have to put on magenta lederhosen in order to stand out but do find something that says, “I’m different but not too weird.”

Leo, July 23 to August 22
Someone’s much closer than you think. Look around you, not now, well maybe now at that. The week is good for finding someone to be with on a romantic level, so get out there and do some flirting. If you keep your eyes open you’re bound to see at least one person who has exactly what you’ve been looking for.
Don’t think that the courtesy clerk who always gives you that creepy grin and wink is the one, but they might be; gee I hope not. You’ll know when you see them that they’re the one. The good news is that they’ll feel it too, so you shouldn’t have to do a fertility dance to get their attention. Save that for later.
All week will be good for finding probable people, with Sunday standing out as the best day of all.
Virgo, August 23 to September 22
You can’t lose unless you become overconfident. Walk the line between being magnificent and conceited and the week will be yours when it comes to love and romance. Be sure of yourself but always think about how you’re appearing to others. As long as you can manage to appear humble, you’ll make the right impression.
You may find yourself in an educational environment this week. You’ll find that you have the opportunity to meet the right types in such a place. Don’t be too rigid in your definition of educational. It may be an actual school or a line dance class. Have fun and fun types will find you.
All week is good for shining but not glaring.
Libra, September 23 to October 22
The potential for a secretive love has arrived. Whether or not you succumb to the temptations of the week is up to you. You need to do what’s right for you and part of that will be thinking everything through. This may also show up as a person you want who’s already tethered to someone else. Before trying to sever those ties, think twice.
Be open to city environments when looking for love partners. You’ll also find that you can make good connections in romantic venues. This is subjective. I happen to wax romantic in bookstores and libraries, but then I’m kind of strange. Find your own spot and you should be able to meet someone who feels the same way you do.

Scorpio, October 23 to November 21
Search for love and you should succeed in your quest. Changing paradigms is the most important thing to do. Looking at the way you think about romance will help you to see where you need to redirect your energies when it comes to love. Don’t hesitate to get an opinion from someone you trust.
Being alert should give you the opportunity to connect with at least two new prospects for your affections. It’s also important that you not discount someone who may be a voice from your past. This person may come back into your life may be worth getting to know again. Of course, you’ll need to use common sense on this one.
Thursday through Sunday will give the best the week has to offer for romance.
Sagittarius, November 22 to December 21
Try a little harder to make your love-life work. If you’ve felt left out of the loop lately, it may be because you’ve given up. It’s easy to do and simpler than putting in effort, but this week it isn’t an option. Take control of your path with romance and make decisions that will make your life better.
This will mean getting out and being seen, even if you don’t particularly feel like being social. If a party is coming up and you were thinking of bowing out, don’t. You need to be seen and this will be a chance for that to happen. Don’t think you need to say yes to everyone who asks.

Don’t get overanxious when presented with romantic possibilities. You’ll be in the mood to be in the mood all week. If you give into your urges, they could get you into trouble. This means being patient and not falling for every line that comes your way. This isn’t the right week to look for someone to fulfill a lifelong commitment. Be less concerned with happily ever after than you are with getting to know someone.
A friend may have a new connection for you to try out. Although this person may be a bit tough to take in the beginning, you should find that it’s only because they’re nervous and that they have a lot to offer, especially after they’ve calmed down. Once again, take it all as easily as you can and don’t rush into anything.

Trouble may be brewing. Love has its challenges and this week may bring them to the forefront. If you’re already involved in a relationship, be on the lookout for arguments to manifest out of thin air. You can keep this from happening by not taking things personally and realizing that this is the prevailing wind of the week. On your side of the conversation, be willing to let things go that you might otherwise be quick to jump on.
As far as meeting new people goes, it might happen but you’ll be better off waiting until another time to try to connect on a serious level. If you can manage to keep it light, you should be able to keep things from getting too sticky. The key is to be relaxed and not to let anything or anyone put you into the corner.

Putting in an effort will put you in a new light. The light I’m referring to is recognition by others in all aspects of your life. I usually stick to the realm of romance in this column but this week the outer world will reflect the inner world. This means that any effort you put forth to do good deeds will go noticed by others and could turn into a new romantic opportunity.
Obviously you can’t make that the reason for your labors but do be aware of the possible outcome. If you’ve had your eye on someone lately, this is a good week to emit some energy in his or her direction. Letting them know you care could make all the difference. Be visible and you’ll do well.
After Wednesday, the mood is fine for doing unto others.
