Molson Coors Brewing Co. said it reached an agreement with SABMiller Plc in lawsuits over the brewing and distribution of Miller brands in Canada.
Details of the agreement will remain confidential, the Golden, Colorado-based beermaker said today in a CCNMatthews release. The two beermakers also revised and extended a business accord by which Molson has brewed and sold certain Miller products in Canada since 1989, according to the release.
