Roy Scheider and his neighbors made headlines two years ago for fighting to save their oceanfront Hamptons homes. Now the “Jaws” actor has dropped the price on his Sagaponack, N.Y., property to $18.75 million, according to the New York Post’s Braden Keil. Scheider’s original asking price for his five-bedroom home was $20 million.

Taylor tells friends that she loves the atmosphere and weather in Hawaii, and wants to live out her days there. The actress, who celebrated her 75th birthday on Feb. 27., has been in ill health recently. Fortensky, a carpenter, was Taylor’s eighth and last husband.
Jeffrey Tambor sold his home in Pacific Palisades for close to his $2.9 million asking price. The 4,200-square feet Cape Cod-style home, built in 2003, has five bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The former “Arrested Development” co-star recently signed up to do a CBS comedy pilot, “The Captain,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Pepperdine University is selling the Cottontail Ranch, a 23-acre ranch on the Malibu, Calif., campus where many celebrities’ children have participated in camp activities for nearly 50 years. The ranch, believed to be priced at $8 million to $9 million, sleeps 300 campers, has a swimming pool, softball field, basketball court, minibike track, archery range, corrals and trails. Celebs who have sent kids to camp include Rod Stewart, Bob Newhart, Jaclyn Smith, Pierce Brosnan, Cher and Sammy Davis Jr.
