DENVER-
Police arrested a man who was shot in the head while allegedly trying to carjack a vehicle.
The victim was still in his car Friday night when it was stolen and shot the suspect, who then crashed into another car, police said. Injuries to the people in the other car were not considered serious, police said.
The suspect ran, but a police dog found him.
The suspect was arrested and taken to the hospital for a gunshot wound to the head and a dog bite, police spokeswoman Virginia Quinones told KUSA-TV.
Names were not immediately released.
