AURORA, Colo.-
An officer responding to an emergency call Sunday crashed after swerving to avoid a driver who stopped in front of him, police said.
The officer, whose name was not released, was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
Police said the officer swerved around the other driver who had stopped, spun 180 degrees and went over the median. The officer was ejected.
