HISPANIC EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: Honored Deanna Lucero, a loan-guarantee specialist with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, with the second annual Region VIII César E. Chávez Leadership Award. Lucero was recognized for her contributions at work and in the community.

METROPOLITAN STATE COLLEGE OF DENVER: Promoted assistant professor Dianne Harrison Miller to director of student media, overseeing the campus newspaper, radio, TV and website.

HCA-HEALTHONE LLC: Appointed John G. Hill as president and chief executive for the Medical Center of Aurora and Centennial Medical Plaza. Hill succeeds former CEO Sylvia Young, who was promoted to HCA market president for Sunrise Health hospitals in the Las Vegas Valley.

THE INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF BOUTIQUE LAW FIRMS: The Colorado Chapter elected Gordon Netzorg of Netzorg McKeever Koclanes & Bernhardt LLC as president and immigration lawyer Emily Curray as vice president.

OHLSON LAVOIE COLLABORATIVE: The Denver-based architectural firm promoted Robert McDonald and Brian Beckler to senior principals. Christell Leon ard, interior designer, and Aldo Coronado, director of aquatic design, were named principals. Yasser Elmihi and Hamed Galal of the firm’s Cairo office were promoted to associate principal, as were Munehiro Ishida and Satoshi Hatta of the Tokyo office.

KAISER PERMANENTE: Named Robin Sadler vice president of human resources.

THE CHEYENNE AREA CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU: Contracted with Marlyn Black of Casper-based Access Wyoming LLC to generate new convention leads and to represent Cheyenne in central Wyoming.

THE RITZ-CARLTON DENVER: Appointed Jeff Paap senior sales manager, business travel.

ACADEMY BANK: Named Doug Garvis assistant vice president of commercial and residential lending and Brian Guenther a business-development banker.

KUTAK ROCK LLP: Mitchel Behr has joined the Denver office after serving as assistant city attorney of Iowa City, Iowa.

BONDI & CO.: The accounting firm added Dan Watkins, Greg Stanley and Kyle Swarthout as team members.
