Hunters applying for 2007 limited big game licenses are reminded that the 2006 rule that allowed so-called “banking” of preference points won’t be in effect this year.
Under the banking formula, an applicant could designate a limited number of the points he might have accumulated, saving the rest. For 2007, successful applications that involve preference points will result in spending all those accrued points.
