DENVER-
Qwest Communications International Inc. signed a three-year, $4 million agreement to provide the California State University with communications services across its 23 campuses, school officials said Tuesday.
Denver-based Qwest said that under the agreement, it would be able to provide the university system with long-distance, calling card and conferencing services.
The California State University system has more than 417,000 students and 46,000 faculty and staff on 23 campuses.
