Getting your player ready...
Weather this weekend could be rough on the Easter egg hunts, with 1 to 4 inches of heavy, spring snow predicted to fall on the metro area tonight and Saturday. The roads probably are too warm to get snowpacked and icy, but the snow will stick on lawns.
The drizzle and mist from today should turn to snow after dark as the temperatures begin to drop.
After Saturday’s snowfall, the clouds will clear out during the night.
On Easter Sunday, the sun should rise bright and clear and temperatures will rise into the upper 50s.
Sunrise Sunday will occur at 6:33 a.m. and will be cold, with dawn temperatures in the low 20s.
Next week looks much better.
