Landmark project filling up

Everest Development Co. chief executive Zach Davidson kicked off the final phase of his Landmark development Saturday at The Kempe Foundation’s Jeans & Jewel Benefit. He was the lead sponsor of the event, with a $150,000 capital campaign contribution.

Davidson, a member of the foundation’s board, is planning a European Village of Homes at The Landmark in Greenwood Village. Its first condo town is sold out, and just 36 of the 126 condos in its second tower are still available. The European Village will have about 200 luxury residences ranging from 1,200 square feet to 6,000 square feet.

In a fix? Help for home sellers

Village Homes is helping prospective homebuyers sell their existing houses faster through a partnership with Value-builders. Value-builders is offering Village Homes customers its Equity IQ program. Through the program, Value-builders pays all the costs to renovate and stage the properties for sale, then shares in the profit with the sellers.

Developer teams with YMCA

John Laing Homes and Village Homes are teaming up with the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver to manage and maintain fitness, health and wellness programs at their Southshore development in Aurora.

Through the Lakehouse at Southshore, an 11,000-square-foot social and recreational clubhouse overlooking the Aurora Reservoir, the YMCA will offer swimming lessons, aquatic classes and instruction in kayaking, fly-fishing and windsurfing. Southshore homeowners can take advantage of other YMCA programs offered throughout metro Denver.

It’s the first time the YMCA has teamed up with a developer to provide programs within a new home community.

Sign for it, then design it

Early-bird buyers for a new project in the Lower Highland neighborhood can work with designers to create their third-floor living space.

The $4 million project at 3650 Osage St., being developed by Ray Kawano and Jack Pottle, will include 10 units priced from $400,000 to $425,000. Each 1,500-square-foot unit has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, rooftop patios, balconies and a two-car garage. Paul Tamburello and Georgianne Holland of Distinctive Properties are marketing the project.
