HOLLY, Colo.-

Although this week’s snowstorm didn’t shut much of the state down, it did stall tornado recovery efforts in Holly.

Snowplows spent most of yesterday clearing streets of eight inches of snow.

Town Administrator Marsha Willhite said the snow will melt fast and not be much of a factor.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency will provide 50 mobile homes to Holly next week. Willhite said no one is homeless.

The tornado killed one person, 29-year-old Rosemary Rosales. Seven people were hurt and 164 houses damaged.
