SNOWMASS VILLAGE, Colo.-
Developer Pat Smith, who already contains a large share of the commercial property in Snowmass Village, has bought the Snowmass Chalet.
Documents filed with Pitkin County show Smith paid 22-point-five (m) million dollars.
Smith was not available for comment.
The four-story hotel was built in 1967 and remodeled in 1985.
