PARACHUTE, Colo.-
In one sense at least, the Parachute area has recovered completely from the oil shale bust of the 1980s.
Police have arrested two women on prostitution charges, the second such arrest in Garfield County since the bust.
Thousands of oil and gas industry workers have flooded western Colorado in recent years.
The women were released on 17-hundred-50 dollars bond.
