FORT COLLINS, Colo.-

A man was found shot multiple times at a business in a commercial park along a busy highway and the suspect apparently committed suicide Monday.

Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden told KUSA-TV that he learned of two letters documenting a dispute between two men in adjoining units that may have led to the apparent murder-suicide. Part of the dispute involved snow removal.

“We feel that is most likely that the person who died of an apparent sucide was in fact the perpetrator of the earlier homicide,” Alderden said during a news conference.

The commercial park is located along Colorado 14 west of Interstate 25, a busy corridor into Fort Collins.

Information regarding the businesses or the victim and suspect’s identity were not released pending notification of family.
