Michelle Cawthra and Andre Holliday both appeared in a Denver courtroom this morning. Neither addressed the court and both are being held on $10 million bond.
Cawthra held her hands to her face and cried when she entered the courtroom. She had a few supporters in the gallery, they declined to talk to the press and rushed from the courtroom after Cawthra’s brief appearance.
Holliday was dressed in a white t-shirt and blue gym shorts. Formal charges have not yet been filed, but both are being held on suspicion of theft and computer crime, said Judge Melvin Okamoto.
Suspect Hysear Randell was arrested near I-25 and W. Colfax Avenue without incident this afternoon, said Lynn Kimbrough, a spokeswoman with the district attorney’s office. Randell could possibly appear in court Wednesday morning.
