SB 34: Tightens restrictions on permits for concealed weapons.
SB 25: Prohibits workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation.
HB 1330: Allows gay couples to adopt each other’s children.
HB 1292: Requires schools to include information on contraception and sexually transmitted diseases in sex-ed courses.
HB 1350: Establishes an address-confidentiality program for victims of domestic violence, stalking and sexual assault.
SB 26: Gives school districts power to seek voter approval for taxes to cover full-day kindergarten.
HB 1050: Lets schools place flags of other nations on permanent display.
HB 1338: Makes it easier for homeowners to sue builders over construction defects.
SB 234: Allows voters to maintain permanent absentee status.
HB 1037: Requires utilities to offer rebate programs to customers who purchase energy-efficient appliances.
