FT. LUPTON, Colo.-
A pickup carrying five teens crashed on a Weld County road, killing one passenger.
State Patrol spokesman Gilbert Mares identified the dead teen as 14-year-old Mandy Brown. She was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver, 19-year-old Justin Vanderhoff of Greeley, suffered minor injuries in the accident yesterday. He was arrested on suspicion of driving too fast.
Two other Ft. Lupton teens, Kiersten Duffy, and Rachel Inman, both 14, were not hurt. Eighteen-year-old Wesley Rheads of Erie, suffered minor injuries.
