OMAHA, Neb.-

North Platte police said Monday two teenagers arrested at gunpoint after a chase in Wyoming are suspects in a double slaying last week.

Police are seeking arrest warrants for first-degree murder for Alisha Ochoa, 15, and Michael Grandon, 18.

“We have developed overwhelming evidence,” North Platte Police Chief Martin Gutschenritter said.

Ochoa’s mother, Lori Solie, and her half sister, 5-year-old Tiara Solie, were found dead in a North Platte apartment Thursday night. Both victims were stabbed several times.

Gutschenritter refused to discuss details of the case.

Wyoming officials said Grandon and Ochoa led police on a 67-mile pursuit on Friday. Charges were expected to be filed later Monday.
