ONE FOR THE ROAD
Stok Black Coffee Shots
Free, at 7-Eleven and other convenience stores. For sale at getstokd.com after Sept. 1.
There’s nothing worse than the combination of a long road trip and weak coffee. Take charge with Stok coffee “blackeners,” dreamed up by a bunch of guys from Broomfield-based WhiteWave Foods who had apparently run out of ideas for what to do with tofu. Does dropping the equivalent of a shot of espresso into your convenience-store coffee work? It’s a shot in the dark.
