The Adam’s Mark hotel in downtown Denver – the largest hotel in Colorado – has been sold to San Francisco-based Oxford Lodging Advisory & Investment Group, owner Fred Kummer confirmed this afternoon.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

Kummer’s St. Louis-based HBE Corp. has owned the Denver hotel since 1995. The property, located at 16th Street and Court Place, was sold as a package with four other Adam’s Mark locations.

Oxford Lodging has a $4 billion, 13,292-room portfolio of luxury and upscale hotels and conference centers throughout the United States and Japan, including properties that operate under the Hyatt Regency, Doubletree and Hilton flags.

Oxford Lodging did not immediately return calls for comment.
