A cab driver shot Wednesday in Arvada remained in critical condition today as police continued to search for his attacker.
It’s unclear what connection, if any, the victim had to the suspect, Arvada police spokeswoman Susan Medina said.
This afternoon, police released the driver’s name. He is Janusz Kondracki, 45.
An ambulance rushed the man to St. Anthony Central Hospital after the 2 a.m. shooting Wednesday. The victim was conscious when the ambulance left the scene, Medina said.
The victim is an employee of Metro Transportation Inc. in Denver.
