30th annual Parker Country Festival

7:30 a.m.-10 p.m., O’Brien Park, Parker

They’ve had 30 years to get it right, so you’re pretty much guaranteed to have a good time during the Parker Country Festival. A carnival and street fair runs all day, and you can pack in a little listening between booth runs. Today, the fun gets going with a pancake breakfast at 7:30 a.m. The carnival starts at 10 a.m., and the music gets going around noon with the Gripping Griswolds and winds up at 7 p.m. with the Groove Hawgs.
