AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—An Air Force master sergeant faces several charges, including rape, in an alleged assault involving a married woman.
Gregory S. Brooks is accused of raping a military member following a social event, indecent assault, adultery and soliciting another to commit a crime, the Air Force Academy announced Wednesday.
An Article 32, the equivalent of a preliminary hearing, has not yet been scheduled. Brooks is assigned to the 10th Medical Group at the Air Force Academy hospital.
A charge sheet obtained by The Denver Post said Brooks allegedly raped a married woman on July 28.
Brooks is also accused of violating an Aug. 25 order prohibiting him to contact the accuser.
