Developers and other housing professionals will share information on affordable housing at the third annual Denver Housing Fair today.
Sponsored by the Denver Office of Economic Development, the fair is open to the public and will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the atrium of the Wellington Webb Municipal Office Building, 201 W. Colfax Ave.
The fair will feature an array of affordable-housing options available throughout Denver. Information will be available on homes priced from $120,000 to $200,000, and rental units priced from $400 to $1,000 a month.
In addition to developers, representatives from several homeownership counseling agencies will be available to answer questions about the homebuying process. The Metro Mortgage Assistance program and other first-time buyer programs also will have representatives at the fair.
