AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—An Air Force master sergeant faces rape, adultery and other charges after an alleged attack on a servicewoman after a July social event.
Gregory S. Brooks is also accused of violating an Aug. 25 order prohibiting him from contacting the woman, the Air Force Academy said Wednesday.
Adultery is a crime under military law. Brooks and the alleged victim are both married to other people.
Brooks is assigned to the 10th Medical Group at the Air Force Academy hospital.
