Paris Hilton used her first Los Angeles jail stint wisely. During her 23-hour solitary confinement, Us Weekly’s website reported, Hilton, 26, spent much of her time at L.A.’s Century Regional Detention Facility exercising to beat the boredom. A source said Hilton was “doing jumping jacks and her own little Pilates exercises and stretches” to keep her blood flowing. Hilton spent much of her first two days in jail crying and being “scared to death.” She was released briefly, then returned on Friday. More Pilates and tears over the weekend, we’re sure.
Cindy Crawford may be a 40- year-old mother of two, but judging from a photo shoot on a Malibu, Calif., beach recently, Crawford remains a supermodel at heart. Posing in a one-piece swimsuit, Crawford showed off a still-slim size-8 figure, British website This Is London reported. Crawford credits a high-protein diet, a rigorous exercise regime of Pilates, cardio work and yoga. Crawford said: “When I was 23, other women could look at me and say ‘Well, she’s never had kids.’ But now I have and I know what it’s like to have to lose baby weight. I’m actually happier with my body now than I was back then, because the body I have now is the body I’ve worked for.”
