The beloved children’s book character makes his annual appearance in Colorado, taking kids on 25-minute rail rides that leave the Durango depot, 479 Main Ave., every 45 minutes between 10 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. When the kids aren’t on the train, they can meet Sir Topham Hatt and have their photo taken, plus fool around in the Thomas & Friends Imagination Station.
