From tubing sessions on the South Platte River to classes in sailing and sea kayaking, South Suburban Parks and Recreation has waves of water sports offerings lined up for youths and adults this summer. The tubing session for children ages 9-13 is from 1-4 p.m. July 5; tubes and safety equipment will be provided for the $14 fee. Youth sailing instruction weeks at Cherry Creek Reservoir are July 9-13 or July 16-20. An adult sailing short course at Standley Lake is July 14.
