“PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN” | 6 p.m., USA | Disney’s 2003 “Curse of the Black Pearl,” starring Johnny Depp, dredges every pirate movie convention for this effects-filled PG-13 swashbuckler. Based on a theme park ride, it still manages to deliver laughs along with action, har-har-hearties.
