BSCS: The Colorado Springs- based nonprofit science education organization selected Janet Carlson Powell as executive director. Current executive director Rodger W. Bybee will step down June 30 after 17 years with the organization.
CITY OF BOULDER: Announced that City Attorney Ariel Calonne has accepted an appointment as the city attorney of Ventura, Calif. Calonne will announce his resignation following formal contract approval by the city on July 9.
