Denver Archbishop Charles Chaput leads Mass in honor of the Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha on Sunday at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Chaput is a member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi tribe and one of only two American Indian bishops. Tekakwitha was a member of the Mohawk tribe whose devotion has attracted followers since her death in 1680.
